Enhance your Energy Day - October 9th, 2010

Reiki Federation Ireland ran their second Open Day, entitled "Enhance Your Energy Day" on October 9th and it was a remarkable success. Almost twice as many people showed up at the Stillorgan Park Hotel to learn about Energy Healing than the first time the event was run. The day was open to both members and non-members alike, and many people experienced Reiki for the first time.

The day was opened by Chair of RFI, Patricia Sheehan. The morning session was a choice between mini-treatments (including Reflexology, Amatsu, Indian Head Massage, and Quantum Touch) or talks - "Working with Crystals" by Celia Murphy Caulfield, OR "Living Mindfully" with Anne Nolan.

Lunch was followed by a choice of talks - "Introduction to Shamanic Healing" by Abby Wynne or  "Spontaneous Painting" with Trish Cavanagh After a short tea break there was a choice between "Meditation" with Mary Callaghan or "Emo Trance" with Cliona Farrell. To bring all the energy together, there was a Reiki Share, and the day was brought to a close by Patricia.

The RFI would like to thank everyone that helped out on the day, and everyone who came with open mind and heart.

New connections were made, support and friendship was given and it was a great opportunity to meet the committee. Such days like this are wonderful to facilitate spreading the healing light into the world, to help our members to connect with each other, and to touch people who may never have experienced Reiki or Energy Healing before.
