End Of Year Social 2009

Our End of Year Social was held at the Sheldon Park Hotel on the 6th of December 2009.

Twenty two members braved the cold day. Needless to say the mulled wine went down a treat.

After a Free lunch and wine Laura Fitzsimons delivered her integrative presentation, 'Positive Steps'.

Laura addressed how we can change our current way of thinking and explored how we can put issues and situations into real perspective.

Laura's presentation was very well received by our members and the feedback was
excellent.

Cliona Farrell, our former treasurer and long standing member of RFI gently guided us through the motions of a Bach Flower dance as a way of finishing the day in harmony.

Even those who normally shy away from a dance of any kind said they really enjoyed the experience.
