Deepen Your Energy Experience Day - Feb. 20, 2010

We held our first ever Deepen Your Energy Experience Day on the 20th February in the Stillorgan Park Hotel. We were thrilled with the positive feedback and response we got from all who attended. It was the biggest turnout of members we have ever had at a RFI social gathering. There were 47 people there not including our Activity Facilitators who very generously gave of their time.

The day was set out in 2 parts. We had an activities room and a quiet room, allowing people to choose what they wanted to participate in. In the morning we had a selection of mini treatments including Reflexology, Quantum Touch, Indian Head Massage and Reiki. In the quiet room there was a choice of introduction to Mindful Living (with Ann Nolan) and Dae Jang Kong Meditation (with Carol Kim and Friends). This brought us up to lunchtime.

After lunch we had a choice of Introduction to Quantum Touch (with Alan Kane) or Introduction to Angels/Ascended Masters (with Carol Kenny). There was great interest in both these workshops and everyone enjoyed the experiences, which were both informative and fun.

We then had a well-earned cup of tea and a chat and resumed shortly after with a Reiki Share. We had both plinth treatments and chair treatments and there was a fantastic healing energy in the room. Cliona Farrell very kindly helped us finish the day off on a fun note with her famous circle dances.

We (the committee) would like to thank everyone who attended the day and made it so enjoyable, especially the volunteers who gave so generously of their time. We got such good feedback that we are considering putting together a similar day in the autumn. As the new RFI PRO it was a wonderful introduction to my new role, and I would like to thank the other members of the committee for all their help and support, it was a real team effort.
