Introduction of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Scheme - 2012

As a result of assurances given by RFI that our members are professionally trained, competent and continuously updating their knowledge and skills the CPD workshop was scheduled on 20th of October 2012.

The inspiration for the workshop was to take members through the CPD system, including form completion, which was anticipated would raise questions for members. The questions were easily answered on the day and members were in a position to give feedback to the committee on their thoughts about the CPD system which the committee took on board.

It was a successful event with members feeling confident in the reasoning behind the CPD introduction and also in their ability to complete the form. As always the event was a fantastic opportunity to network and form friendships with people of like mind.
