"Rude Health" Awakening - Sept 11,12 2010

On September 11th and 12th last, Reiki Federation Ireland took a stand at the annual Rude Health Show in the RDS Dublin. We had been advised that this Show - run by the Health Stores of Ireland, - would suit our therapy, more so than the Mind/Body/Spirit Show. It proved to be good advice.

The show "ethos" attracted a very health - focused audience from all over the country. There were very few therapy treatments on offer and from the start of the show, we had a steady stream of people all very interested in sampling a Reiki mini treatment for themselves. People, young and old, asked about our therapy and inquired where they could find a Reiki practitioner in their own area. Hopefully many new Reiki clients are now experiencing the benefits of our wonderful therapy in their own locality.

We had quite a few new volunteers on the stand, and I know from the feedback that everyone enjoyed the two days, newcomers and "seasoned" practitioners alike. We made new friends, shared the Reiki message with people from all parts of Ireland - and beyond, and treated a total of 94 clients over two very enjoyable days.
